On Friday, December 29th from 10 am to 2 pm, come learn how to prepare sole, sardines and tuna fish in different ways.

You'll learn how clean a fish and cut it into fillets, how to make flavourful fish stock, a Spanish marmitako, how to cook unilaterally any fish, how to make an easy fish spread and how to cook any fish without using heat. You'll also discover how to prepare and eat the Canarian gofio escaldado. Don't miss it!

In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.

You’ll start by learning how to cut fish into fillets, then you’ll make a fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes. And you’ll learn how to cook a fish fillet unilaterally and how to cook fish without heat.
