In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.
You’ll start by learning how to cut fish into fillets, then you’ll make a fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes. And you’ll learn how to cook a fish fillet unilaterally and how to cook fish without heat.
