Fish cooking course


Learn all the basics of cooking fish in 4 hours!

On Friday, October 27th from 10 am to 2 pm, come learn how to prepare sole, sardines, shrimps and tuna fish in different ways.

You’ll learn how to make flavourful fish stock, a Spanish marmitako, how to cook unilaterally any fish, how to make an easy fish spread and the perfect garlic shrimps. You’ll also discover how to prepare and eat the Canarian gofio escaldado. Don’t miss it!

In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.

You’ll start by learning how to cut fish into fillets and prepare shrimps, then you’ll make a fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes.
