In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.
You’ll start by learning how to cut sardines, sole and another season white fish into fillets. Then you’ll make a fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes. And you’ll learn how to cook a fish fillet unilaterally and more recipes.
