In this 2 hours cookery course, you’ll learn about rice families and varieties and their use in the kitchen.
We’ll be using 3 types of Tartana rice from Valencia: Bomba, Marisma y Albufera.
Here is the course’s menu:
- Black rice with Saharian squid
- Organic asparagus and Lanzarote goat cheese risotto
- Sticky rice with coconut milk and organic bananas
