In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn how to prepare classic Brazilian dishes.

João Faraco won the first prize of the cooking competition at Gastro Canarias Tenerife. He became “Best Cook of the Canary Islands 2018” thanks to his Calamari Moqueca.

This is an exceptional cookery course in which Chef João Faraco will teach you his moqueca recipe along with numerous other typical dishes from his home country. Don’t miss your chance to be one of the happy few who will learn his recipes!

During this 4-hour Brazilian cooking session, you’ll learn how to make a real Caipirinha (with or without alcohol), the popular street food called “Coxinhas” (Brazilian chicken croquettes), an authentic “Moqueca” with local wreckfish, pirão (manioc polenta) and a raw vegetables vinaigrette as well as BBQ chicken hearts skewers.

If you’re not ready for the chicken hearts, don’t worry, we have your back! You’ll be making BBQ cheese skewers instead.

You’ll also discover the secrets of Brazilian national sweet “Brigadeiros” on their chocolate and coconut version.

Here is the Brazilian cooking course with João Faraco menu:

  • Caipirinha (with or without alcohol)
  • BBQ chicken heart or shrimp skewers
  • Chicken coxinhas (teardrop shaped chicken croquettes)
  • Wreckfish moqueca with pirão, raw vegetable vinaigrette and rice
  • Chocolate and coconut brigadeiros

The price includes the 4-hour workshop with Chef João Faraco, the organic products, the degustation of what you’ve made, the take away of your leftovers (if any) an apron (100% cotton) and an ebook with the recipes.

No masterclasses in our kitchens! You’ll have your own cooking station and will prepare all your dishes yourself. Learn by doing, not by watching.
