During this 4-hour Brazilian cooking session, you’ll learn how to make a real Caipirinha (with or without alcohol), the popular street food called “Coxinhas” (Brazilian chicken croquettes), an authentic “Moqueca” with local wreckfish, pirão (manioc polenta) and a raw vegetables vinaigrette as well as BBQ chicken hearts skewers.
If you’re not ready for the chicken hearts, don’t worry, we have your back! You’ll be making BBQ cheese skewers instead.
You’ll also discover the secrets of Brazilian national sweet “Brigadeiros” on their chocolate and coconut version.
