In this exceptional 2-hour cookery course, you’ll learn all you need to know to make your own chocolate treats.
The instructor, Benoit Lorge is a French, award winning, chocolate confectioner.
Benoit will start by briefly explaining the history of chocolate. Then you’ll learn chocolate tempering. Once your chocolate gets to the right temperature, you’ll experience chocolate molding and filling with praliné. During this workshop, you’ll also learn how to make chocolate bars and lollipops as well as dipping squares of marzipan.
