Express cooking – 1 dish + 1 glass of wine

In November, learn all the secrets of Italian risotto with an organic pumpkin and Lanzarote goat cheese risotto. (Cheese is optional, vegan version available as well).
In December, we’ll make a classic Spanish Christmas season dessert: Brazo de gitano.
In January, you’ll learn how to make a French sweet and sour classic dish: Chicken with apples, a lot of techniques to be learned with this one!
In February, we’ll prepare vegetarian stuffed aubergines. As always with local organic vegetables and local goat cheese (optional) – suited for vegans as well.

The price of this cooking class includes: cooking the recipes on your own cooking station, dish degustation (or take away if you prefer), 1 glass of wine and an ebook with the recipe.
