Express cooking – 1 dish + 1 glass of wine

In October, you’ll learn how to make your own tagliatelle with carbonara sauce. Homemade pasta included, of course!
In November, discover a classic of the Andalusian gastronomy: Los Flamenquines. It’s like the Spanish version of the Cordon Bleu. Don’t miss it!
In December, we’ll make a classic Spanish Christmas season dessert: Brazo de gitano.
In January, you’ll learn how to make a French sweet and sour classic dish: Chicken with apples, a lot of techniques to be learnt with this one!
In February, we’ll prepare vegetarian stuffed aubergines. As always with local organic vegetables and local goat cheese (optional) – suited for vegans as well.
