In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.
You’ll start by learning how to clean a fish and cut it into fillets. You’ll cut sardines, sole and another season white fish into fillets. Then you’ll make a flavourful fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes. You’ll also learn how to cook a fish fillet unilaterally, how to make an easy fish spread and the traditional Spanish marmitako. You’ll also discover how to prepare and eat the Canarian scalded gofio.
