Fish cooking course


Learn all the basics of cooking fish in 4 hours!

On Wednesday, July 25th from 10 am to 2 pm, you'll learn how clean a fish and cut it into fillets, how to make flavourful fish stock, a Spanish marmitako, how to cook unilaterally any fish and how to make an easy fish spread. You'll also discover how to prepare and eat the Canarian gofio escaldado. Don't miss it!

In this 4 hours cookery course, you’ll learn all the basics you need to cook fish like a Chef.

You’ll start by learning how to cut sardines, sole and another season white fish into fillets. Then you’ll make a fish stock you’ll be able to use in many different recipes. And you’ll learn how to cook a fish fillet unilaterally and more recipes.
