Description

In this 2 hours cookery course, you’ll learn how to prepare famous dishes from the Indian gastronomy.

You'll start by preparing a genuine Masala Chai tea (black tea with milk and a mix of spices such as ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and more). Then you'll learn how to make your own Garam Masala (a mix of spices used in many Indian recipes). And you'll prepare a delicious butter chicken with Jeera rice followed by a tomato fry curry.

Here is the course’s menu:

  • Masala chai tea
  • Garam masala spice mix
  • Butter chicken
  • Jeera rice (cumin Basmati rice)
  • Tomato fry

 

The price includes : the 2-hour workshop, the degustation of what you’ve made, an apron and an ebook with the recipes.
