In this 2 hours cookery course, you’ll learn how to prepare homemade pasta, both with and without egg.
You'll start by preparing two types of pasta. The classical one and egg pasta. As fresh pasta takes time to dry, you’ll be provided with ready to use homemade spaghetti and lasagna noodles to cook during this course. You’ll be able to bring home the ones you made to keep practising in your kitchen!
You’ll also learn how to make a delicious pesto sauce and a flavourful lasagna with meat or vegetarian.
