Thank you so much Antonio for a very informative and fun session of cooking – loved it all with your relaxed way of explaining things along with loads of easy and practical technique tips that I can take home and use daily. Can’t wait to see you again on another course.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here on the Spanish Classics cooking course. We were taught a beautiful sangria recipe to start followed by both green and red mojo sauces. Then the traditional Canadian potatoes followed by the best Spanish tortilla I’ve ever tasted. We finished off with garlic and chilli prawns with mushrooms. We opted for the course with alcohol and enjoyed a few glasses of a lovely white throughout the afternoon course. A visit to the organic garden to see the herbs we were using was also a nice touch. Then we were able to sit down and sample our cooking (what was left) Antonio was not only a lovely chap but an absolutely fantastic teacher and fount of knowledge about local organic produce and where to find the best. I can thoroughly recommend visiting here on any of their many courses. Money and an afternoon well spent. Thank you Antonio and Véro, we will be back for further courses.

We booked the Spanish tapas course with Antonio and could not of had a better time. Hospitality was top notch and Antonio made it a good mix of fun as well providing a good base of knowledge about Spanish / Canaries cooking styles and their history. Would highly recommend this course to anyone with a passion for cooking.

Loved it. Antonio is very knowledgeable and very generous in passing on his skills. All the ingredients were local organically grown which is very impressive. I have made the canarian potatoes since and been told by my guests that they were better than restaurant ones. If you like cooking you will love this.
