Description
You’ll start by 1h30 of a Hatha yoga session by Anasana followed by a 2-hour vegan cooking workshop. Once your food is ready, you’ll have lunch and finish the day with 45 minutes of Tibetan healing sounds by Guy Gomez Alvarez.
Here is the vegan cooking course’s menu we’ll prepare with organic ingredients:
