In this 2 hours cookery course, you’ll learn how to prepare famous vegan dishes from the Indian gastronomy.
You’ll start by preparing your own Garam Masala (a mix of spices used in many Indian recipes) and a green papaya curry with organic papayas from our kitchen garden. Then you’ll prepare Vada Pav, vegan burgers that are a typical street food from Maharashtra. At that point, if you like, you’ll be able to take a break to eat them. Then, you’ll make a classic yellow lentils dal and coriander rice.
